At Norovari Tours, we stand behind the premium quality of the travel gear we offer. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we facilitate a straightforward return and refund process for eligible items.

 

 

Eligibility for Return

 

Items must be returned to us within 30 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in its original, unworn, unused, unwashed condition and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet these criteria.

 

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

Please note that certain items are designated as final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. These items include personalized or monogrammed goods, gift cards, and certain hygiene products (such as opened travel toiletries or earplugs).

 

How to Initiate a Return

 

To request a refund, please email our dedicated customer service team at info@norovari-tours.co.za and include your Order Number and the detailed reason for the return. Upon review, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with clear instructions on how and where to send your return shipment.

 

 

Processing Refunds

 

Once your return is received and meticulously inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Please allow additional time for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, as processing times vary between financial institutions. Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
