All orders are meticulously prepared and processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding South African public holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order is prepared for dispatch.

 

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

 

For deliveries within South Africa, we use reliable courier services. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days following processing. A flat shipping rate of $\text{ZAR 150}$ applies to all domestic orders, though shipping is complimentary for orders exceeding $\text{ZAR 2,000}$.

 

International Shipping

 

We offer premium global shipping services. Delivery times typically range from 7 to 14 business days after processing, depending on the destination and local customs handling times. The cost for international shipping is calculated at checkout based on the package weight and final destination.

 

Tracking and Security

 

Upon dispatch, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey. Due to the high-value nature of our products, all shipments require a signature upon receipt to ensure secure delivery.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Please be aware that the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, and other taxes or tariffs applied to their order by the destination country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
