1. Our website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. We use descriptive alt text on images, readable colour contrast, and pages that work with keyboard navigation and screen readers. Some third-party tools embedded on our site (such as booking or calculator widgets) may not yet fully meet these standards.

2. Our tours. Safari vehicles, lodges and activities vary in accessibility. Tell us about mobility, sensory or other needs when you enquire and we will recommend suitable lodges and adapt your itinerary where possible.
