Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Securing Your Booking
To confirm your bespoke itinerary, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required within 48 hours of receiving your provisional invoice. The remaining 70% balance is due 60 days prior to your departure date. Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment upfront.

2. Cancellations by the Client
We understand that plans can change. Cancellation fees are structured as follows to cover administrative costs and supplier commitments:
• 60+ days prior to departure: 30% of the total tour price (forfeiture of deposit).
• 30–59 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour price.
• 15–29 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour price.
• 0–14 days prior to departure or no-show: 100% of the total tour price.

3. Travel Insurance
Due to the unpredictable nature of travel, Norovari Tours strongly mandates that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and repatriation.

4. Changes by Norovari Tours
In the rare event that we must alter your itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., lodge closures, extreme weather), we will offer comparable alternatives or a full refund for the affected portion of your trip.
