Document Delivery & Shipping Policy

Norovari Tours does not ship physical goods. All travel documents are delivered digitally by email.

• Booking confirmation: sent within 2 business days of receiving your deposit.

• Final travel pack: your detailed day-by-day itinerary, lodge and transfer vouchers, guide contact details and packing advice are emailed 14 days before departure, once your balance is paid.

• Changes: updated documents are re-sent whenever your itinerary changes.

• Not received? Check your spam folder, then contact us at info@norovari.com or +27 76 212 0021.​

Please check all names on your documents match your passport and tell us immediately of any error.
